Default subject selection: seniors help required

salam to all.
should i choose american history or sociology along with
the other optionals i selected are: geography, pschology, pashto.
please suggest. regards.
seniors suggestions would be highly appreciated

Both subjects are usually scoring. However US History has been witnessing better scoring trend than Sociology.
