3. Those candidates who only qualify CSS are called CSP or those candidates who qualify FPSC Exams of various post are called CSP Or both?
4. If only CSS qualified candidate may call himself CSP then why FPCS advertise various jobs in each month of the first week with the lable of Join The Civil Service of Pakistan?

1. Member of Civil Service of Pakistan.
2. CSP - Civil Service of Pakistan.
3. Those who qualify CSS are called CSS Officers.
4. CSP is an old term, after reforms in Civil Service in 1973 CSS Exam has been introduced having several Occupational Groups. FPSC advertisement means Civil Service as like the Armed Forces Services. However, any person who is member of the Govt. Service is called Civil Servant or we may call belongs to Civil Service.

As you said that they are civil servant and CSS qualified are too. Then who is CSP and through which exam a candidate will become a CSP officer?
By giving the exam of css you can join as a csp (after your training you join as a csp officier)
Still I am not getting proper knowledge/source.
Clear one thing that is, why FPSC writes "JOIN THE CIVIL SERVICE OF PAKISTAN" on the top of its each advertisment of every month?
As per i am thinking that after qualifying the test/exam a candidate will become a member of CIVIL SERVICE OF PAKISTAN. Then he might be called himself a CSP officer because of FPSC recuirt him in civil service of pakistan.

It is requested to administrator of this forum, if you have any points regarding above questions then share with us.

Thanks
1. Who is CSP?
Correction:Who is a CSP officer?

CSP is abbreviation of Civil service of Pakistan. So an employee will be called CSP officer.
What is the abbrivation of CSP?
As Above
Those candidates who only qualify CSS are called CSP or those candidates who qualify FPSC Exams of various post are called CSP Or both?
nowadays only CSP term is not used as it used to be for the administrative service officers before 1973 reforms...

After reforms of 1973..the term CSP stands abolished.

Now anyone who passes CSS exam is called as a CSP officer ( officer suffix is mandatory ) of bla bla bla group eg. CSP officer of railways group, CSP officer of Commerce and trade, CSP officer of dmg, CSP officer of omg and so on...therefore... section officer who comes through CSS will be called as CSP of OMG but those who come from promotions will be called as officers and not CSP officers...
If only CSS qualified candidate may call himself CSP then why FPCS advertise various jobs in each month of the first week with the lable of Join The Civil Service of Pakistan?
The second use of civil service is as a more general term. When this is the case, civil service may refer to any of the many departments that make up a government.

As per Civil Servant Act 1973, a civil servant is a person who is member of All Pakistan Service (All Pakistan Unified Group includes DMG and PSP) or of a civil service of the Federation (FIA, etc) , or who holds a civil post in connection with the affairs of Federation but does no include a person who is on deputation to Federation from any province or a person who is employed on contract etc.

people employed in autonomous/semi autonomous bodies are though government servants but they are not civil servants, further the armed forces personnel are also government servants but not civil servants.

In a nutshell,we can say that every CSP officer is a civil servant but not every civil servant can be called a CSP officer.
