Brother,everyone tries to be the topper of CSS.But I heard somewhere,perhaps in an English song,that its 30% skill,25% chance,15% concentration,power and will.Though the poet of that song has ignored the factor of luck which matters the most (perhaps he has mentioned it in the form of "chance") especially in competitive examination.So my advice to you is that try hard to collect the first five ingredients mentioned above and if luck favored you,you would be able to get the recipe.

Considering your educational background,I would suggest,

1)Sociology (100)

2)Business Administration(100)
Accounting and auditing(200) (if you have grip over it)

For other subjects,you should see syllabus and choose subjects of your interest.Syllabus is here,
Love is my Shield,Truth is my Sword,Brain is my Crown,Smile is my Treasure and I'm a Queen;
Quitters never win and Winners never quit..!!!
