Default Domicile Issue

Dear Senior Members,

I wanted to ask I have been educated in Islamabad, though my father is domiciled from Sindh (R), but since the family moved to Sindh (U), and my permanent address being from there Sindh U, I have a domicile from there? does any one know what would fpsc say in this regard. Because i heard your domicile is made where your permanently reside.
