stammer is not categorically declared as disabled person in Regulations for the Physical Examination of CSS. As per rules a candidate should be in good mental and bodily health and free from any defect which may interfere in discharge of his/her duties. CE 2014 will be your last chance. You can appear in CE 2015 and 2016 with age relaxation.

i had done governament job 2.5 years but now i have resign 6 mounth ago,,,i have a experience certificate and resign letter also.can i availed the age relexation facility,, ?
