Brother im really sorry that no one replied you. Probably the ones who saw your thread did not know the answers.

Here you go

1: Yes you are eligible since your degree is Bachelors. A Second division Bachelors is all you need to be eligible, a Bachelors in any discipline.

2: Yes there are quotas for disable people (sorry Im not sure how much seats or what percentage).
However if your disability hampers your movement or vision, then you cannot opt for PSP and DMG. But all other options are open.

Best of luck

2% posts are allotted to Disabled Quota. The quota was 1% and in the year 1998 it has been revised to 2% on all recruitments except some cadres (which are specifically notified). NCRDP (National Council For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons) keeps a check over the Ministries whether the Quota is being followed or not. FPSC is a very well organized Commission and they donot compromise this Quota. Cabinet Division is pressing hard now a days for implementation of the Quota for disabled persons. All you need is a Certificate from the NCRDP (National Council For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons) which will certify you as a legal Disabled Person as per the Requisite Criteria and Rules/Regulations. This Certificate ensures many privileges for disbaled persons and also is required to be produced or attached with application. The Certificate is issued after complete check-up by the medical team of NCRDP at Islamabad.

One thing more important, bro i do not know what kind of disability you have. I have simply answered your question regarding Quota for Disabled Persons.

Yes CSS is a better chance for you. The Game is On and you can put your cards now.

After ascertaining Disability Certificate from NCRDP, one becomes entitled to the 2% Quota in Jobs as per Rules.

If you are not finding any job in your field, you can try your luck here.

Bro Best Luck for your CSS.
