Issue regarding wrong date of birth.

dear members, salaamz

Sincere advise is required from seniors, as i did not found any thread related to css age issues so i had to post this query here.....

well, my cousin wants to change her date of birth, because of her age limit issue.....but she has the same wrong D.O.B at her marticulation certificate, domicile, NIC etc. Now as her issue is genuine then is there any chance that she can make for css, while not violating fpsc rules.

Basic document for date of birth is Matriculation Certificate which is based on your birth certificate/school record etc. After matriculation exam within time limit of 02 years (not sure about time period) you can file appeal/presentation to board office for rectification of date of birth if its not correct. However, after the lapse of time period you cannot change your date of birth and your have the only option left to file a suit in the civil court and have to prove your stance.

But the case of Govt. Servant and CSS candidate is different, once you appeared in FPSC and claimed/entered age then you can't change them, see the following rule of CSS Competitive Exam:-

(v) Once a date of birth has been claimed by a candidate and accepted by the Commission for the purpose of admission to an examination, no change will be allowed at a subsequent examination or selection.

For Government Servants:-

12-A. Alteration in the date of birth.–The date of birth once recorded
at the time of joining government service shall be final and thereafter no
alteration in the date of birth of a civil servant shall be permissible].

I am 18 years old. My family made my B Form with age 12 on it due to private reasons. But my Matric and Inter certificates have my correct age of 18. Also, I dont have birth certificate.

Plz tell me can I apply for passport with my age as 12 years? Because this age is already registered in NAdra in my B form. As passport and Nadra B form / CNIC information has to be same, passport can be made. But when I apply for job in Pakistan, what should I tell to the Pakistani employers? Why my age is different on CNIC and in academic documents? Can u advise please?

she has just option.File a civil suit in which make BISE a party.In this way you will be able to make a change in D O B in matriculation certificate.After this process you can apply for CSS.In civil suits most people get their D O B changed easily but this process takes 5 to 7 months

Sara you should correct your record as soon as possible otherwise you will face problems in future in order to get govt job.
You can apply for passport with form b having 12 year.
If your employers are private then you can explain them with the evidence of matriculation certificate.In case of govt job there is no way but mending your record.

Yes Im asking only for private jobs I think I can explain to them. But what if I ge my passport made, and then after sometime, I correct my record at Nadra. Will NAdra or Passport office penalize me? Any penalty or action from them on giving false information before when I go for correction?

What will you explain to the private employers? And on what basis will you apply for any job? That you have, let say, graduated at the age of 12 or 15 or 17 years? The reason must be interesting for which your family has to make such daring and dangerous changes! If I have to say anything, it is, don't put your future at risk, get corrected your record on earliest otherwise you will be in trouble here or abroad.

My DOB in birth certificate/B form/ Cnic is 19/06/1994 but my DOB in matric certificate is 16/06/1994. Will it be acceptable ?
