previous educational career does matter or not..???
seniors please answer my question ...
is it really does not matter the previous educational career of any Aspirant at any stage of CE...in interview or in psychological test or during CTP or STP or even in field posting...??? i mean if a Aspirant has an extraordinary educational career , then is there have any credit for him in CE or not..?? or if a Aspirant has average or below average educational career , then is it a demerit for him during CE or not..?? please answer me who has cleared all process of CE , as he can answer me best .. awaiting for reply and thanks |
Educational background being strong or weak only matters in preparation of the exam. As far as the appearing in the exam is concerned one must meet the given requirement i.e. Bachelor Degree with second class.
One must not be discouraged by the fact that he/she is lagging behind in terms of educational background. I have acquiescence with people who have started from nought and have yielded quite sublime success. Here I want to quote what my teacher says: "The nation with strong will power and low resources progress greatly than with those with high resources but weak will power". |
