Hello Asna, First of all welcome to CSS Forum. If you have a look at past record of CE qualifiers a number of married females have qualified it with flying colours.
Let me tell you a story of my own cousin. She has two daughters, one of 3 years and other of five or six months. She attempted CE 2011 and got third Position in KP and 24th all over the country. During her CTP both the kids lived with their Nano her husband was also away home due to army job. As a female you can better imagine her position. Having all those hurdles she made it. You just need dedication and motivation from your family and have faith in ALLAH. I wish you very good luck for your success endeavors. |

You are not cadet in PMA, you are a civil servant probationer and free to meet any one after classes It is not true that you can not meet any one during two years.
During STP and CTP probationer gets several days off on account of different public holidays as well exam breaks etc, so after every three or four months you will be free for at least one week to go to your home.. Also, you can hire a house on rent in Lahore where you can live with spouse after classes. |

I wanted to do CSS and right now I am not assigned to any group....I want you people to guide me which group I should choose.....being married and with kids what will be suitable....no matter how strong you are....how much your family is supportive but still a woman has to arrange all the matters with career....if I am allowed to live with my kids and husband outside academy after classes in Lahore for two years than it will be great....are you really sure about it mani g?

Groups depends upon one's interest and aptitude. However, Military lands and Cantonment group is most suitable for female. My cousin had put it on number 1 in the preference list. P.S: I would suggest you to just focus on your studies for these are minor issues and very early to pay heed. Once you are qualified these issue will be resolved, no need to worry about. Just concentrate on prep with zeal. Regards, |

same issue
I am a married with a baby of 1.5 years. I am also concerned about the training time period. Will i be able to take my small baby with me in the training academies by hiring a maid for him during the time i am taking my classes ? is that possible ? Because my husband has a job in karachi and he wont be able to resign.
