Seniors, is NOC required for me?????

AOA all,

I am serving as Lecturer (permanent) in a university. I want to know whether I would need to submit the No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.) now with the application OR
There is a portion of "No Objection" on finally printed form where I can get the Signature from V.C of my university. (as happens on most of the forms)

Hoping for a quick response please.

JazakAllah...

if possible to get the signature of your VC right now, you may surely get it on NOC form. but if it gets delayed, its not an issue. send your application form. you can submit NOC later. you can submit it even after your allocation and before joining CSA. the only benefit you will get of this NOC is pay fixation, so it is needed at the time of joining the civil services academy.

dont worry. just send you application.

thank you dear Sir....
You said that it will help me in pay fixation. How? I mean to say that I am serving in BS-18 and how will my pay be adjusted in BS-17 if selected???????

it means when you get appointment in BS-17, you will continue to get basic pay of BS-18. if you dont get NOC and join CSA without LPC, you will get Grade 17 pay.

Sir as you are serving as Lecturer and know about the rules of degree and whatnot. My question is that can we keep two bachelor degrees simultaneously?? Like I did B.com in 2007, M.Com in 2010, and B.A in 2012. I was also a govt servant while I was doing my B.com in the morning on regular basis. unfortunately, I do not have NOC from my department and my department does not know about my degrees. In case of problem(if any) is it traceable through my dmc or degree that I got my education in the morning or evening time. Please share your experience.

Sir, What if I do not mention my previous attempts in form and CE-2014 is my final attempt due to age problem. As I heard that FPSC keeps the records only for one year. Is there any danger in doing so??? I want to do so because i already appeared in CE-2012 and CE2013 on the basis of my regular degrees. Now I am afraid that FPSC may ask that how can I study in the morning while doing a govt job; and how could i be present in the both office and college simultaneously??? please throw some light on the issue and its repercussions.

Sir the problems is that I am working in a government department; I had continued my studies (as a regular student) and completed bachelor and Masters. I did not even know that a government servant can not take regular classes in the morning while she is also making her attendance sure in office. Any ways, I managed to complete the both masters and bachelors. Now, I have been told that I should have had NOC from my department which I do not have. CE-2014 would be my final attempt and I am claiming age relaxation. I have been also told that in case I pass the written part, I would be in trouble at the time of interview. Interviewer may ask how can I complete my studies in the morning while doing a job. For the said reason, I also took B.A exam. Now I have three degrees. two bachelors and one Master. In view of the said problem. Now, what do you suggest I do?? I also cannot conceal my two regular degrees as I appeared last two time on the basis my of regular degrees.
