Officers vs kips
 

Hi,
All the members , what you think is more helpful for css preparation, officers or kips? Though both are there to provide guidance and we receive everything according to our caliber but still what you guys prefer?
P.S: Senior members, seeking your help especially..!!

mostly Faculty of academies keep changing, as csps are available there for short time. still its not the academies..its about one,s caliber and aptitude. in my experience you should visit both by yourself. One month is enough, collect material, take guidelines about optionals, gather material, and start prep at home, and for English you should take proper tution if you feel you are not at top of it. All academies are same.

Kips is much better than Officers academy Lahore, but, I suggest you don't join any academy.CSS forum is a best platform for the prep of CSS,PMS and other competitive exams.

Acadmy only a guiding institution they don't put data into your mind thats only your stemina,determination and strength to recognize your efforts.Css forum is best forum in term of knowledge,prepartion and a guiding star.really appreciate all of the forum members.regards

[B]The more helpful for CSS preparation is your own study, followed by a proper time table with a strong and diligent commitment for success [/B]:) I'd recommend you not to join academy :nono They waste precious time and do uniform study. Self-study is the best. [B]Make a study plan and follow it daily, it'll save your time as well. Study at least 8-10 hours[/B]. [B]Don't consult with too many books, stick to 1 or maximum 2 books having good material written, unless you'll be confused[/B] what and where to write in the exam [B]because you're suppose to write whatever you learned and studied during preparations in the given 3 hours[/B]. Apart from DAWN's knowledge significance, its also the best source for improving your English as well and you need to practice a lot especially in this subject, as practice makes man perfect.

You can start from compulsory subjects studying one at at time, first do significant topics from CSS past papers and then move towards the other accordingly. You can get your essay, precis, Pakistan and current affairs notes checked by a professor or a CSP, and also post in [B]essay precis and composition, Pakistan and current affairs section of this forum.[/B] And so for guidance and study material help, this forum is indeed, the best :)

I don't know about it but heard that its good. I suggest you don't join any academy. Visit CSS forum daily, read daily dawn and watch news channels. its enough for you.

in any academy u will learn from a teacher who will give u his mind but here in this forum we can learn a lot from multiple minds who are excelled in this field and are well updated.. if someone really wants to attain his goal.. this forum is the best ever i have visited and joined... i have learn a lot here and im well taught in especially Discussion Forums.. so i agree with Maha,, this forum is the best.

but abreek aap ny yaha bht sy mind ki baat ki to us sy aik cheez ye k yaha newcommer confuse aik dm hojata hai koi khta wo sub best koi khta wo ne theek:thinking:con but overall i agree with you
