A few questions about FSP

Hey there guys, Im a 16 year old commerce Olevel student and I have always aspired to become a diplomat as I love to travel,meet new people and study their language and culture. But I have a few questions
1. Do I have a choice to opt for foriegn service of Pakistan?
2. What are the subjects that would be recommended when opting for FSP?
3. When should I start my CSS preparations?

1. You can choose any group you like, but the group you are allocated in depends on the marks you have scored and preference list of other candidates. Generally, FSP is the third most preferred group, after DMG and PSP.

2. You can choose any subjects you want for allocation into any group, but be prepared to answer questions in the interview about why you didn't opt international relations, political science or international law, with FSP as your first preference.

3. You can't take CSS exam before the age of 21 or after 28, so you have plenty of time to prepare.
