dont quit your job..find some other way, but quitting is not agood option..try to take without leave pay or something like that...welll in the end you have to take the decision dear!!!

The decision whether to quit the job or not depends upon your family's financial situation and their dependence on you. If you provide a major portion of the financial backing to your family, then quitting the job is not advisable. You may consider requesting short timings or taking leave if at all you can. If you cannot, then leaving the job would be a difficult decision to take and the risk factor would be very high.

But if your family is not very much dependent on your financial support, then you should quit the current job and take a hardhearted study and burn the midnight oil to satisfy yourself that you've done your part. And then leave the rest to your luck and Almight Allah. He may decide for you what is best for you!
