Differences of perks and privileges between CSS & PMS?

What are the perks and privileges officers enjoy after [B]Passing[/B] CSS and PMS ?
Kindly must mention the scope of PMS Officers.

While the PMS officers of all the provinces somehow match the privileges of CSPs the PMS officers of Punjab are left in the lurch,because most of the CSP officers want to remain in the Punjab hence obstructing the promotions of PMS officers.
Most of the times PMS officers are subordinate to CSPs as they are often posted on TMO, DDOR etc posts.PMS officers with strong links in politics can surely match the DMG officers because concurrently we have many precedents where PMS officers are posted as AC, DCO, Deputy,Additional or even Secretary(otherwise such posts are offered only to DMG/PAS officers)
