No, you can not opt both subjects. You have to choose only one.

Go for A&A, psychology, Punjabi and business admin. They all are high scoring subjects, I have opted all these papers but being Sindhi I have opted Sindhi instead of Punjabi. You can even go for Muslim history or geography instead of psychology if you interest lies there.

Yes Mano for psychology you may refer to fieldman's book on psychology. However preparation time span depends on your commitment and zeal.

If preparation has been completed before than 2 months are enough for revision but if you means from zero level than 2 months are insuffiecint time for preparation
