Am i eligible for extension of two years???

Hello
i have been in a contingency staff of sindh government of pakistan for population welfare,FROM JULY 2013, am i eligible for extension of two years?

If your department or organisation isn't autonomous or semi govt. and if you have completed 2 years of govt. service by the time you apply for the next exam, provided that you'll not be over 30 by the end of 2015, you'll be eligible to apply for CE2016.
