Recommendation needed for watching news channel

I have reserved 1-2 hours for watching international national and local news. I want your kind suggestion. please tell me channel and the suitable time to get conclude news of whole day.

dont not watch news it would not help a lot.....as compared to this you can Read DAWN ,it will give you information and your reading enlish skills will be improved. adn speels and grammar will also be improved.
