Dear sir Kindly tell me the names of books n authors that u refered during your preparation and tips n tricks that u applied.
Part 1
Western Political Thought : From Plato to Present by Judd Harmon
Western Political Thought - Dr. B. R. Bhandari
Political science theory and practice by Mazar.ul.Haq.

In addition to these books i would suggest another book which is in question-answer form. It is titled as Western Political Thought and published by 'Evernew Book Palace Urdu Bazar Lahore'.

Muslim Thought: (I suggest you skip this part)
Muslim Political Thought by Muhammad Aslam Chaudhary
Muslim Political Thought by H. K. Sherwani

Part 2
For this part, i read the same books as of Constitutional Law and studied the additional constitutions from Internet.
Modern constitutions by Mazhar.ulHaq and
Modern Constitutions by Emporium publishers... or
World Constitutions by Sohail Bhatti

Tips and Tricks
-- Jot down all the questions/topics from 2000 to 2010 papers and solve em by making your own notes from the suggested books.
-- For 2011 you can skip Machiavelli and Aristotle
-- Mazharul Haq's book is too lengthy so it needs condensing (make your own
notes keeping in view the most repeated questions/topics)
-- Revise, revise, revise
-- Strive to take complete command on this subject if you want to stand out in the competition.

p.s. It is my personal observation that candidates from Sindh are more accommodative towards political science. They usually secure better marks in this subject as compared to other candidates.

cheers,
floydian
