Books suggestion for Compulsory Subjects

I have been informally preparing for CSS exams for quite a time. I also have reasonable grip on at least four optional subjects but I want focused preparation. It is not possible to study all the suggested books so I have decide to take help from various notes, internet resources and some of the books in my collection (mostly not the suggested one). What I want to ask in this thread is if there is any one or two books for each subject which can cover whole or most part of syllabus at least at a basic level... I can always use other resources for detailed study of individual subjects.... Basically, I am wondering if any publishing house or CSP has specifically written books with CSS point of view.If there are such books please specify the location I can get these books (in Lahore or Rawalpindi).
I did not go through the old threads as those are related to previous syllabus.

Thanks.
Do these two books cover whole basic syllabus of the two subjects? (Of course I will use internet resources as supplement) and secondly where can I find these books? Can I get them through TCS etc. by contacting the publisher?
