Books or links for fpsc test preparation

Salam, I am going to give a test for Assistant manager IT, and I have to prepare for the following subjects.
- Computer hardware & software
- Data communication & networking
- C/C++ language
- RDMS
- oracle/plsql
- operating system/linux
- teaching techniques
- examination & evaluation of students

Can anyone tell me where I can find book(s) for these? or any other study material?
