The books mentioned in those links( beginner's guide ) are the best Available books on the afore mentioned subjects. They have been suggested by our worthy senior members and CSP's. If you don't find those books worthy of your kind attention i am afraid that most of us here would not be able to help you out.

Cool

Thank you Maneka Sb.

But i think i have portrayed my self as unclear.
all i was asking was of some other books like for International Law some recommend International Law by TANDEM.
and Tandems' name is not in the list!!!

and similarly for British History i have heard about " British History by Thomas"
and again this name is not in the list....

And according to my friend ,these books are being recommended by SP Hammad in Officer's Academy.
i hope i'm clear now. i just want to know verdict against these books.

I do not think that there is any book on International law by Tandem...there is however a book on the subject written by an Indian Aurthor Tandon and the book is mentioned in the suggested books.

P.c.Thomas ( For British History ) has also been suggested by many members in Different threads may be those threads did not catch your attention.

Both books are very good. Stick to them

1) Read newspaper
2) Read good course books, marks the words that you don't understand look up in dictionary.
3) Write in your own word; Essay, composition etc.

@ Anyone:

Could you tell me good book(s) for Psychology and I have question; Can one cover the syllabus in short span of time?

Regards.
