Hi, Can anyone please share his experience regarding Gender studies book which has all the basic concepts and is adequate for preparation? Pls share your valuable experience.

You won't likely find one book for the subject instead what you may have to do is research the individual topics. For feminism and gender topics a brief overview could be found in Feminism by Sally Scholz. Research papers can be found online on topics such as Gender based violence and women governace. There also a series by an Inidan University that can be found on Youtube by searching women studies.
