Default HELP needed in subject selection
Dear members, help needed in subject selection

1. computer science =200
2. statistics =100
3. history of USA =100


and now the confusion. i cant choose the next two hundred marks among following subjects. pity is i know a few nuts and bolts of all the subjects mentioned below.

Environmental Sciences or Agriculture & Forestry,
criminology or philosophy,
psychology, journalism, sociology

Rely on yourself for the subjects selection as it is most critical part before starting of CSS preparation. I can only short list these subjects for you as

Exclude Philosophy, Journalism, Sociology and choose anyone from the rest.

Syllabus too is confusing. i know a few chapters from all the mentioned subjects. thats what i am confused about

you cannot select statistics alone from group 2. Either leave it or select another subject of 100 marks from group 2.

how about .. ?

computer science = 200
history of USA = 100
criminology = 100
psychology = 100
environmental science = 100?

If you'r a CS/IT/SWE graduate then opt for Computer Science.
other subjects you have selected are also good but it depends on your aptitude and interest. if you have both then go ahead.

Question Subject selection for CSS 2016
After revision of CSS Syllabus I have selected following optional subjects.

My selected optional subjects for CSS 2016 are :
Computer Science 200.
Muslim Law & Jurisprudence 100.
Islamic History & Culture 100
Sindhi 100.
total 500 Marks

Kindly suggest me one more subject to complete 600 marks from below:
Public Administration 100
Gender studies 100.
Or any other subject you may suggest.

gender studies would be in much more harmony with sociology. i would say public ad. its brief and easy.
