Default Subject Selection and Service Assignement - - - - How much Relation?

Assalaamu Alykum !!

Senior members are requested to say their for how much relation is there between subject selection and the service assigned?

i.e If I passed IR with good marks, would it mean that FPSC will consider me for Foriegn services???

Shortest ans is ,NO . Allocation depends on your marks of written+ interview marks.

Brother, allocation totally depends on your merit number in the merit list, for example if someone want to get allocate in PAS then he or she should be among top 15 to 20 in case of punjab domicile. merit is based on written marks + interview marks. for further details please see CSS rules. Link is present on top right of your page with the label "rules".
