Before FPSC brought reforms in CSS exam, Agriculture and Forestry were two separate subjects but now they have been merged and there is a possibility that they may have become hard to tackle and their syllabi may be lengthy, so I recommend you to go for other options which are Gender Studies and Town Planing. I myself have opted Gender Studies, and it is a good subject, and it may help you in preparation of the essay too, because of the nature of the topics it contains so I suggest you to opt it.

As far as the IR is concerned it is also a good subject in group one, and if someone has not studied any of the subject from gp-1 in their degrees then IR is the best option to go with. But I tell you a weird thing that I am computer. science grad. but still I have opted IR due to various benefits that it yields which help us in the preparation of other subjects.

So the decision is up to you.
