Question Optional Subjects for Engineering Graduates

Hello every one,
I am graduate of civil engineering from UET Peshawar
Can member please help me regarding selection of optional subjects.
my own considerations are really confusing
1. International relations or Accounting and auditing ?
2. US history or India and pakistan history?
3. Pushto or Geography ?
4. Mathematics or statistics or Physics ?

OR any other combination suggested by respected member would be highly appreciated. ( I am open to suggestions )
