Business Administration is relatively a better option than Public Administration as it contains topics from paper F9 and P3 of ACCA

Thank you so much.
Syllabus of Mercantile Law is relatively lengthy, Constitutional Law, Town Planning & Urban Management, Agriculture and Forestry and Gender Studies while better options, which 4 would you suggest to be selected in the above in combination with Accountancy & Audit and Pashto. ?

What is the main difference in Public administration and Business administration ?

Same question. I'm an ACCA student, thinking of selecting:
1) Accounting and Audit
2) Islamic History and Culture
3) International relations
4) Journalism

Accounting and Audit , because that's what i'm studying from past three years.
Islamic History & culture, because i'm in love with islamic history.
IR because i'm following international news from my school days, i still remember how i watched BBC back in 2003 when Iraq was being bombarded by USA. I have taken some online courses from edx, and i'm confident that i should opt for IR.
Jornalism, because I'm unable to find any better option.
