Default comment on Subject selection

Dear seniors, kindly comment on the combination of my optional subjects
I have done B.E in Industrial and Manufacturing, now wanted to try my luck in CSS. I have decided to take papers in 2017
Physics
Sociology
Public administration
International Law
Indo Pak history

But I'm confused while selecting Indo Pak because there is a common view that IPH is a low scoring subject. So kindly guide me, whether or not I go for IPH.
