b- esay to cover,esay to memorize
c- not much lenghty

2- Sociology
3-Histroy of usa
4-*Criminology or International law or Mercantile Law or constitutional law
5- **Public administration or Town planning and urban mang..or Governance and public polices

I think you should take TPUM from the second group you have mentioned.
as its new, no idea about scoring but its easy and concise
