US history or Indo Pak history,,,???

US History. Indo-Pak's marks will be based too heavily on the mind-set of the examiner. You can either hit the mark or miss it completely.

if you are opting IR and I.Law then History of USA is a best option. most of the part of USA History will be covered alongwith IR as period starting from 1st world war is also a syllabus of USA History. Moreover it is easy to cover in a short span of time.
