Second Combination is good as you are aspirant with science background.
IR and International Law are overlapping subjects , and easy to prepare.
But if you mentally interested in group A or B , that will be be perfect for you , while all suggestion will be just good for you .
Best of luck

In M.A English we read literature and phonetics.
But in CSS most important things are English writing skill and analytical with opinion base approach.
M.A English helpful but at some extent.
Every subject may be helpful but the important thing is English writing skill.
