The choice depends upon you. I have been through US history and scored 70 marks in ce-2016.
Pros of opting US history
1) short and easy to grasp
2) Cold war portion will help in IR & I. LAW
3) Will help in cover current affairs of the American region

For further help, you can contact me via email.

Both are important and scoring subjects,Indo pak history covers some topics of Pakistan affairs but lengthy on the other side US history is not simple.
