If you are opting IR and IL then US History is the best option because it overlaps them, short syllabus, and scoring.

Re-consider Indo-Pak History. Rest of the combo is good.

Indo-Pak History is less scoring than US History and Indo-Pak History is not much related to Pakistan Affairs because Pakistan Affairs paper is about affairs recently or in past faced by Pakistan and the live example is about papers of Pakistan Affairs of 2016 and 2017, from them you can easily judge if it is helpful or not. Rest depends on you, if you have interest in Indo-Pak History then go ahead with full determination and hard plus smart work.

if you opt IR must opt US history, you said that it is not interesting then believe me that if you are comfortable with IR you will easily prepare US history it will help you out in everywhere but if you did not opt IR then don't go for it

1. Indo Paki History has been low scoring subject in the past.
2. I know many candidates who opted this subject, ended up scoring overall low score in written just becuase they had poor score despite putting much effort. If you opt International Relations, International Law, US History History is the subject you should be considering.
