Hello friends, i will be thankful for your help.

Here are my optionals i finalized

1.I.R
2.Criminology
3.Gender Studies
4.Language

Not sure about the fifth subject, which should i go for having engineering background.
Public administration/business administration or ??

Public administration/business administration or ??
Public administration according to your background. Business administration has some finance portion as well which may not be easy for you. Public administration is general. You can easily prepare and good thing is that this year scoring trend of this subject is high.
Rest the entire syllabus of both the subjects and decide for yourself.

The subjects you have opted for are good ones. As well as the language is concerned , go for the regional language depending upon your mother tongue .
As well as the subject from the group (III) is concerned , think about eitherof the first two subjects . i.e Business Administration or Public Administration.
Both these subjects can be prepared without having proper background of these subjects.
While the subjects of Governance & Public Policies and Town Planning & Urban Management need some prior know how of these subjects.
Previously , Town Planning & Urban Management has hit hard the aspirants and has proved a nightmare for many. That's why , one may be at the risk.
With Public Administration as your subject , you would be at the least risk . Had I been in your place and I had to take a subject from Group (III) , I would have opted Public Administration.
