Default Confused!

I have been preparing for CSS 2019 for almost a month and selected political science now when i studied it it seems to me very confusing and mixed up all the theories and concepts in my head. Now I want to switch over to International Relations, but it seems a bit scary to me.
My other optionals are USA history and IL and gender studies.
Confused! Kindly help!! 😕
Please! 😢
