Question Need guidance for subjects selection
Hello. I recently completed my d.
Pharmacy degree. I don't know which subjects I should select. Please guide me.

1. Download the complete syllabus.
2. Pick 10 subjects you feel most at home with.
3. Compare the syllabus and past question papers of each.
4. Make a SWOT analysis of each subject.
5. Analyse these factors in your SWOT analysis:
a. Syllabus length
b. Syllabus difficulty
c. Support for other subjects
d. Your interest
e. Time you have for preparation.
f. Past Papers of each subject
6. Once you have done this shortlist 5 or 6 which complete 600 marks for optionals.
7. Keep in mind: Make your own decisions. Do not listen to any one about scoring trends or difficulty of subjects. If you truly believe you can score high in a subject then back yourself.
8. Subject selection is one area where you do not ask for which is better or worse. It is totally relative. Make your own choices.

First of all focus on compulsory subjects. After one month study, then start analysis of optional subjects.
