Default Subjects for medical background

Aoa seniors..
I am to appear in CE-2020.. And i am facing problem regarding my optional subjects.. I have thought of a few options but i am very xonfused.. Need sincere advice..
I have selected International relation 200
International law 100
Us history vs public administration
Gender studies vs environmental scineces
Psychology vs sociology
I am confused between the last three.. Kindly guide me concidering my medical background, ease of subject, scoring trend and syllabus.. Kindly help!
