I am so confused about subject selection having a science background is this combination would be fine
IR, Indo Pak history, criminology,mass communication or Psychology plz help

No one can select subjects for you as no one know your strengths and weaknesses better than yourself, for example, Criminology might be easy for me but it might be hard for you, so go for the subjects which you have an interest in. Other than that simple rule for subjects selection is to go through the syllabus of the subjects you think you have an interest in, after that go through its past papers, now if you can get a hold of at least 40 ℅ of it, then go for it. By getting hold of it I mean if you understand what the examiner is asking then you should opt that subject.
