Post Subject Selection (Sociology, Physics, Mass Comm and History)

Hi, I am an Electrical Engineer and opting for PMS 2020 and CSS 2021. I need a few suggestions regarding scoring trend of Sociology and Physics both for PMS and CSS. Which one is more scoring among Sociology, History, Political Science and Mass Communication as I DO NOT have any educational background in any of these? Secondly, I have chosen Physics as I have BSc Engg background in it. Anyone share his prior experience in paper 2 of Physics and its overall scoring trend. A quick and detailed response shall be very much appreciated.
