I won't discourage you but your subject combination is very tough.

Their marks trend is quite variable. And they might not help you much in other subjects.
I would recommend you to either go for criminology& language; they are both high scoring subjects. OR to opt IR/ Political Science ( they do help in other subjects as well and give decent score) |

I would suggest you to look at the syllabus and past papers (last 3 years) of Zoology and Chemistry first. You have four years education in Zoology, utilize it if you can. Preparing a subject from the scratch is time taking exercise.
Regarding other subjects give some weightage to your area of interest along with syllabus. You should be able to make a decision after looking at past papers that you can tackle those questions or not. Only you can decide your subjects. For instance you have asked about criminology and geography. Now I like geography and I would have chosen it no matter how low scoring it has been in the past because criminology is too boring for me and If I suggest you on the basis of that, how is it going to help you? That is just an example. If someone knows you personally, your areas of interest and your background knowledge then that is a different story. |

Don't know much about Geography.
I second @Dire Wolf's opinion. But you have to keep in mind that compulsory subjects don't yield much score; on average their score is 45%-55% ( of passing candidates). So you have to choose those optional subjects which could help you gain more score and raise your overall merit. Field subjects do have the advantage that you are familiar with them and their preparation is easy, but they rarely give 60+ marks. Chemistry, Zoology and Indo-Pak history do not have reputation of giving high scores easily. So you should try to fill rest 2 options with high scoring subjects. |
