Default Optional Subject Selection

I am going to opt following subjects as optional for CE-21, Please tell me are they good (i don't have any background in any of them).

1- International Relations
2- International Law
3- Gender Studies
4- History of USA
5- Public Administration/sociology

Now i am also confused between Public administration and sociology, please guide me which subject shall i choose between public administration and Sociology? If syllabus is short/or which is difficult/easy? as i said i have no background in any of them.

For someone without background, sociology is the better option. It's syllabus is short and easy to comprehend. It is also a consistently scoring subject, if you are a follower of trends.

If I were you , then I will opt public administration. Because I have heard this things and I assume that it's true that in interview they prefer a person having public administration as an optional.
And difficulty level of both subjects is nearly same, maybe sociology is little bit easy as that of public administration. Public administration needs little bit more ratification as that of sociology. And syllabus is nearly same. It depends on your aptitude now that which subject seems interesting to you and which one you can do easily.
Overall your combination is good. Best of luck

I missed your question, I thought I replied. But right now I have seen that I hadn't replied to that question at the beginning of thread.

It was just a suggestion. It's better to read this subject yourself for two three days, if you find it easy and you think that you have got an aptitude for it ,then go for it. Go through past papers ,see difficulty level of questions, read topics in syllabus. Only after all these things you will be able to know that which subject is suitable for you. At the end you have to take exams and it's you who will be responsible for results.
Best of luck
