Psychology or Sociology? Which one is best i will start from zero so plz also guide me about books.

Sociology is better if you are going to start from zero. According to examiner reports , background in psychology is needed. At the end , it's upto you. If you have an aptitude for psychology then go with it. But I recommend taking some guidance then. Best is to take lectures from some teacher, because it's little bit technical subject.

sociology vs psychology

I have a background in biology and I think the biology portion of psychology will be easy for me to cover.
But I don't have much time.
Which among these two can be prepared in 7 days?
