Default How to make notes for any optional Subject!

time is running as fast as world fastest train.
if i study firstly 9 AM to 1:30 PM and secondly 8:PM to 11PM then, when should i make notes of my optional subjects?
any one has to guide me how should i adjust my timetable for my 12 papers of CSS-2008.

@ tahir Mujtaba,

Make a copy of each subject, writing the general point of questions. Try to develop analytical approach as merely memorising the stuff is nt enough in current trend of papers
