Default Should I select Psychology? (background MBA)

Dear All

I have not studied psychology in my entire life...I am a MBA graduate. Can any one advise me if I can select this as optional subject for CSS 2011.

Thanks...

Asad

If you have aptitude for that subject then you should go for it. First you should check syllabus and past papers to analyze yourself. Moreover, explore Psychology forum there is already much material available on this issue and also check the experience sharing and tips by seniors. Deadly Doctor is missing today from forum otherwise he would have replied well.

Default @aariz

if u have a science background to some extent and have some or any interest in the subject, u can do it....it's a very interesting subject. but if u don't have any science background then i think your job would be doubled as it is a science subject..
gauge yourself and then go for it.

best of luck!!

@iamcalledasad
yes you can opt it. go through other posts in psychology forum.
if you have no background and never studied biology first then it is going to be difficult and lengthy. a lot of hard work will be required.check its syllabus ,you interest and aptitude,then opt it.
a scoring subject does not mean you just opt it. it can be a disaster as well if you cannot prepare it well.
and as respected member Almaas said 'gauge yourself and then go for it'
choice is yours.

@Crown prince
you have rightly said and as per your royal command ,question is answered.

dear member remember one thing that it depends upon ur interest to opt either psychology or anyother.....but also think about which you can easily cover the syllabus.....you must read the syllabus and also you should see the past papers of five to seven years....then decide the optional subjects....i adivise you to join any academy for your guideline....wish you all the best
