Is US History a scoring subject?
Respected Seniors
I want to know if US history is regarded as a scoring subject ! Also kindly advice how to start preparation and any relevant book. Thank you Regards |
yeah previous statistics suggest that it is good scoring subject..60-70 marks can easily be fetched. One more thing about this subject is that it has never been notorious in poor marking trends..as have been Indo-Pak,European and Birtish History.

all the subjects are scoring if u prepare them well.some students score 65 to 70 in essays, aroung 60 to 70 in English Precis and Composition,185 out of 200 in islamic history, around 90 in regional languages, 180 out of 200 in psychology, 165 out of 200 in indo-pak history.i think that if u work hardest in any subject, ur score will rise to sky heights.and yes, people have scored around 80 in the US History.but rest assured that such numbers are obtained with some diligence.

history as a scoring subject or nt?
Dnt go on the misconceptions about the importance of the subjects.i dnt think so any subject can be scoring or others less scoring, all u need to know is the techniques in order for solving those questions,so if u properly handle the questions of political science, psycology or history or any other subject, which others describe less scoring, you will achieve as much score as math and physics.so select ur sebject once, start ur journey, take all belongings with u,till u reach ur destination.

I opted for US history this year and I found it a very easy subject with a limited syllabus,I only read Majumdar and Srivasta for it and for Mcq's I used Exam cram.
