Default Subject Selection for probable 2nd attempt in 2013

Well,

I hope everyone is doing good. Well, I am going for an attempt in 2012 with the following combination:

1. Business Ad (100)
2. Stats (100)
3. Geography (200)
4. Forestry (100)
5. Journalism (100)

The reason for this combination was high score. My prep is going good but I believe in my 2nd attempt in 2013, I would require a change as Geography and Forestry have not been as easy to prepare for me. I am confident that might pass this year but still, I dont want to waste 9 months of wait in this KHUSH FEHMI .

My thought for electives in 2013 is an entire turn around, namely

1. Indo Pak (200)/US History (100)
2. Journalism (100)
3. Sociology (100)
4. Punjabi (100)
5. International Law (100)
6. Muslim Law (100) [If US History is opted]

Now the criteria of decision would be:

a) High score
b) Ease of Prep.

I have heard Punjabi, Muslim Law, and International Law give high scores and on the other hand, Sociology, Journalism and Histories don't yield high scores but are damn easy to prepare.

Now, I would request you all my cooperative and expert fellows over here to give your valuable suggestions on the subjected issue and help this time occupied fellow choose a reasonable set of electives for his 2nd attempt, if needed. I have helped out people on such issues but today, I see myself at crossroads.

Please be specific as I have heard a lot of theories like FOLLOW YOUR INTEREST, EVERY SUBJECT IS EASY BUT AT THE SAME TIME DIFFICULT etc. . I would love if you reply me with specific subjects so that I can make up my mind. Thanks a lot.

Indo-pak history is not much scoring but it is easy and does't take much time for preparation as compared to other histories.i think u should adopt islamic history or arabic if u want high score.

First of all my prayers for your success in your first attempt. The very first thing is may be after attempt you would change your idea of changing the subjects. However, if you have to change the subjects, it would not be advisable to opt Indo Pak history.Punjabi and International Law , I would recommend strongly. As well as sociology and Journalism are concerned, they also ought to be taken. U.S history also largely remains scoring . I dont have any Idea about Muslim Law. The choice rests with you. I am sure after exam, equipped with experience, you would be able to have a good choice in subject selection. Remember, it really matters , a pragmatic subject selection.
Best of luck for your maiden attempt.

Thanks buddy. Sorry was busy in attempt then and also got confronted with website issue. It was not opening in exams and even still if I try to open the homepage, some file is downloaded on my system .

Well dude, you are right. I am intending to retain a few but Geography is a must to change. It was like too much.

I am thinking to go with this combo for 2013 (my 2nd and last possible attempt).

1. Business Ad (confirmed)
2. Stats (confirmed)
3. Journalism (confirmed)
4. International Law
5. Forestry (not confirmed yet)
6. Punjabi
7. Sociology (In case Forestry is not opted)

So lets hope this combination helps me out...
