I need your insightful advise on the matter of subject selection. It is my first and last attempt. Please suggest me which subject i should go for. I am a commerce graduate with Finance as my Major.

Group I - Accountancy / Economics 200
Group II - Statistics 200
Group III - Business Administration 100
Group IV - History of Pak Ind / Isl. History 100
Group V - English Literature / Urdu Literature 100
Group VI - Philosphy 100

From group 2, you can opt either one subject of 200 marks or two subjects of 100 marks each. Statistics carry 100 marks only. You have to choose among Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Geology along with Statistics.

You are welcome. Can you tell me, for employed aspirant (CE-2017) with engineering background opting accounting or economics is a better option?

Considering your engineering background, I would suggest you to study economics because there are a lot of mathematical applications which are used in economics such as derivatives, related rates, graphs etc.
These mathematical applications are compulsory with the concepts of economics. In this way, this will be easier for you.
