Default Physics as an optional

I am being suggested to opt Physics only if i am an expert. I can understand it well enough, but can't handle tweaks and out of syllabus questions (as happened in 2017 paper). I can understand IR well enough but it is low scoring. What should I do & what would you recommend?

I am also thinking to take physics as an optional. different person describe different scenarios regarding science subject . so in my opinion , if you think you can do physics then go for it.

Your current standing counts the most...you know Physics better than IR and you will definitely get better score after preparation

so the equation is

Starting Point

IR = 0 + hardwork
Phy = 1 + hardwork

as you mentioned that IR is low scoring as compared to Physics so donot hesitate and give your best shot.

I opted physics in 2017 ..i spent almost 3 months on its preparation .i made short notes + long notes ..But at the end i would not recommend it to my siblings ..baki apka apna decision hai...
I have been through css 2017
Look its not about choosing subjects that interest u .Its about subjects that will give u the Get-through-css card ..if i were u i would opt IR without a second thought...Specially the current trend of papers ...Physics say door raho bhai...
