Default Help needed

Assalam o alaikum everyone!

I need help as I am really very confused about subject selection. I have studied Sociology, Education, Modern Islamic World, Economics, Persian, Education, Islamic Studies optionally at Inter and Ba Level. Also I have done my Masters in English language and literature. and I don't want to select Economics now.

I am so confused because of the subject groups, is it compulsory to choose any subject from a specific group? Or we can ignore a group? Please be kind to me as I have no idea.
