In my opinion you should not opt for physics and go for another combination...
Pol Science with International law +crim+sociology+A laguage subject(punjabi, pashto etc)

Political Science is a rising subjects that is replacing IR. IR has seen a sharp declining scoring and selection trend. While Political Science has been rising in this regard.

Only opt Physics if you have previously studied it at Matric, FSc, BS level AND loved it. If you have loved it then the subject is easy and high scoring. If you're opting just for the sake of opting a different subject then it will be highly failing.

Criminology/Sociology is also a new/popular subject which has seen a sharp incline in scores and subject choice. You could even opt it if you have no previous background. BUT it is one of the subjects that is expected to have very strict marking either in CE2020 or CE 2021. So be careful.

Studying subjects one by one is the best way.
